Char Bar Brings Hatch Chile Fest to Two Kansas City Locations This September
For the first time, the popular Hatch Chile Fest to coming to the Parkville location!
For the past four years, Char Bar Westport has celebrated Hatch chile season with its annual Hatch Chile Fest, bringing fresh-roasted chiles and a little taste of New Mexico to Kansas City. This year, Char Bar Parkville will host its first-ever Hatch Chile Fest on Saturday, September 5th, followed by the fourth annual Westport celebration on Saturday, September 12th.
Both events will feature: • Live Hatch chile roasting on the patio and all the incredible aromas • Fresh-roasted Hatch chiles available for purchase; pre-orders available at charbarbbq.com • Hatch chile-inspired food and drink specials • Spirits Tasting from Mean Mule Distilling Co. • A limited-edition Hatch Chile BBQ Sauce • Live music, vendors and more Our Hatch chiles are roasted to order and once those roasters get fired up, they go fast. Guests can choose hot, medium, or mild and order either a half case or a full case to take home.
